  • If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and services.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.

Accounts, registration, and responsibility

To access certain features, you may need to register and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for ensuring it is lawful and accurate.

Use of services

HealthTeky is designed to support digital healthcare experiences, information access, care coordination, and related services. The exact scope of services may evolve as we improve the platform.

  • You must use the platform only for lawful and genuine purposes.
  • You may not misuse, disrupt, copy, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or services.
  • Certain services may be offered by third-party healthcare providers, hospitals, labs, or partner organizations.

Payments, pricing, and refunds

Some services on HealthTeky may be paid services. Where charges apply, pricing, billing terms, and refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of purchase or service booking.

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges for the services you choose.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the cancellation and refund policy published on the platform.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing for future services or future billing periods.

Content, intellectual property, and limitations

All design elements, software, content, branding, logos, interfaces, and platform materials made available on HealthTeky are owned by us or used under valid rights and protections.

  • You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
  • We do not guarantee that all information on the website is always complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.
  • Your use of the website is at your own discretion and risk, and you should independently evaluate whether a service suits your needs.

Health information is not medical advice

Articles, AI answers, AI Cure, screening guidance and other general health information on HealthTeky are for information only. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor, and they do not create a doctor-patient relationship. Medical advice is given only by a registered doctor in a consultation you book.

  • Never ignore, delay or change medical treatment because of something you read on HealthTeky. Discuss it with your doctor.
  • In a medical emergency call your local emergency number (112 in India and Europe, 911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency department. HealthTeky is not an emergency service.

AI features and AI Cure

Some features use artificial intelligence (AI): HealthTeky AI, summaries and suggestions inside HealthTeky, and AI Cure, a free research tool that shows evidence from public research databases with AI summaries that cite it.

  • AI can be incomplete or wrong. AI-written content is marked, and you should check its sources and discuss anything that matters with your doctor.
  • AI Cure's research section (research ideas, hypotheses, the Discovery Engine) is open only to approved researchers, doctors and laboratories, who accept additional terms. Its ideas are unproven hypotheses and must never be used for the care of a patient.
  • Clinical-trial listings and matches come from ClinicalTrials.gov; only the trial team and your doctor can decide whether a trial is right for you.
  • AI Cure has its own AI Cure Terms of Use, which apply together with these Terms.
  • To the extent the law allows, we provide AI features "as is" and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or connected with these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery timelines or obligations.
