1. What AI Cure is
AI Cure is a free research and information tool. It shows evidence from public research databases - Open Targets, DepMap, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, openFDA, PubChem and the AlphaFold database - each with its source, and summaries and ideas produced by software rules and artificial intelligence (AI) from that evidence.
2. Not medical advice
- Nothing on AI Cure is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a prescription, and nothing on AI Cure is a cure.
- Using AI Cure does not create a doctor-patient relationship with HealthTeky or anyone else.
- Never start, stop or change a treatment because of something on AI Cure. Discuss everything with your own doctor, who knows you.
- In a medical emergency call your local emergency number (for example 112 in India and Europe, 911 in the United States and Canada, 999 in the United Kingdom) or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. AI and data can be wrong
- Public databases can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and AI can misread them, leave things out or state things that are not true. Every AI-written passage is marked, and you should check its cited sources.
- Clinical-trial listings come from ClinicalTrials.gov and cover every country; you can show the whole world or choose one country. A listing, a match or a ranking does not mean you are eligible or that a trial is right or safe for you; only the trial team and your doctor can decide.
- Screening guidance is general and may not fit you; your doctor can tell you what suits your own risk.
- We provide AI Cure "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose, to the extent the law allows.
4. The research section
The Discovery Engine, the Idea Ledger, the Hypothesis Lab and Molecule Check hold unproven research ideas. They are open only to researchers, doctors and laboratories that HealthTeky has approved, who must accept the following (and accept them again when these terms change):
- I am a researcher, doctor, scientist or student working in a research group, and what I wrote about my role and institution is true.
- I understand that ideas in the research section are unproven hypotheses generated by rules and AI from public data. They can be wrong, and they are not treatments.
- I will not use them, or present them to anyone, as medical advice or for the care of any patient.
- Any experiment I run on an idea will have the ethics, safety and regulatory approvals it needs (for example an institutional ethics committee, and the New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules, 2019 in India).
- I will not post patient-identifying information, and what I post (comments, plans, results) may be published under CC BY 4.0.
- I have read and accept the AI Cure Terms of Use.
We may suspend or end research access, and remove ideas, comments or claims, at any time - for example if information in an application is not true or these terms are broken.
5. What you post
- Do not post any patient's name, records, images or other information that could identify a person, or anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or that infringes others' rights.
- Comments, test plans and results you post in the Idea Ledger are published to other researchers and may be shared as open data under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You confirm you have the right to share them.
- Claims of results are the poster's own; HealthTeky does not verify them.
6. Your information
- Trials for me: what you type (diagnosis, stage, test results, age, city) is used only to rank trials for that one search and is not saved to your account. The diagnosis name is sent to ClinicalTrials.gov to search for trials.
- Following a disease saves which disease you follow, so we can send you a weekly note; you can stop at any time.
- Research applications keep your name, institution, role, email, profile link, what you want to study, and the version and date of the terms you accepted.
- AI requests (such as a briefing or a Hypothesis Lab question) are answered by our AI model provider; do not type personal or patient information into them. More in the HealthTeky Privacy Policy; privacy questions to privacy@healthteky.com.
7. Sources and licences
Evidence belongs to and is credited to its sources, under their own terms - for example Open Targets, DepMap and AlphaFold data under open licences, and ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed records and openFDA from the US National Library of Medicine and Food and Drug Administration. We link to the original record for every fact. Their inclusion does not mean those organisations endorse AI Cure.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, HealthTeky is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of, or reliance on, AI Cure - including any decision about health, treatment, a clinical trial or research. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes, law and contact
- We may update these terms; the version and date are shown at the top. Approved researchers are asked to accept each new version.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, as in the HealthTeky Terms.
- Questions, complaints and grievances: support@healthteky.com. We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
