AI Cure turns the world's open evidence into research ideas against cancer and every disease — synthetic-lethal weak points, cancer dependencies from CRISPR screens, repurposing and combinations of approved medicines, and targets no medicine reaches yet. Each idea comes with its evidence for and against, a prediction that could prove it wrong, and the cheapest experiment. Ideas are not proven, so this section is open to people who can test them. It is free.

🔭Discovery EngineFor any disease: known synthetic-lethal pairs matched to its gene changes, DepMap dependencies of its own cell lines against every other tissue, repurposing weighed by dependency and safety, combinations, and untreated druggable targets.
💡Idea LedgerEvery idea graded A-D with evidence for and against, a falsifiable prediction and the cheapest test. Discuss, claim an idea for your lab, and report the result — negative results too. Open data (JSON, CC BY 4.0).
🔬Hypothesis LabA research question becomes a testable hypothesis from the newest PubMed abstracts and the disease's targets, with experiments cheapest first. Publish the good ones to the ledger.

Data sources and methods
Evidence: Open Targets Platform (disease-target associations and their evidence types, tractability, drugs and clinical candidates, regulatory warnings), DepMap CRISPR screens through Open Targets (gene effect per cancer cell line), ClinicalTrials.gov API v2 (recruiting trials, phase 3 results), PubMed E-utilities (papers and abstracts), openFDA drug labels, PubChem (compound properties), AlphaFold DB (structures). The Discovery Engine's rules are plain and published on each Discovery page. The AI (through HealthTeky's audited gateway) only summarises and critiques evidence it is given, cites it, and is never shown as a source of facts. Patients and the public see only cited, factual evidence; research ideas stay in this section.
