Inclusion Criteria: * โ€ข Pregnant women aged 18-45 years. * ASA physical status II-III. Exclusion Criteria: * โ€ข Twin pregnancies. * Contraindications to spinal anesthesia (e.g., coagulopathy, infection). * Patients with incomplete preoperative data for risk stratification.
