Inclusion Criteria: * Patients aged 18 years and older. * Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism. * Patients who underwent transthoracic echocardiographic assessment for right ventricular dysfunction. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients younger than 18 years. * Patients with incomplete clinical data. * Patients who did not undergo transthoracic echocardiography.
