Inclusion Criteria: * Patients aged 18 years or older. * patients who underwent major abdominal surgery including both elective and emergency surgeries. * Patients with complete medical records and operative data. * Patients willing to participate in the study. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients younger than 18 years. * Patients with recurrent incisional hernia. * Patients with incomplete medical records or missing data on key study variables. * Patients who refused to participate in the study.
