What the trial is, and whether it could suit you

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if FAPI-PET/CT and/or FDG-PET/CT scan is able to detect active fibroblast tissue and inflammation in patients with acute or chronic phase PD. * Does FAPI PET/CT scan or FDG PET/CT scan show any uptake of inflammatory tissue in patients with Peyronie's disease * Participants will undergo a FAPI PET/CT scan and FDG PET/CT scan after diagnosis of Peyronie's disease.

📋 Eligibility rules (as published)
Inclusion Criteria men \>18 years of age * mentally competent and understanding of benefits and potential burden of the study * be able to sign written informed consent * read and understand the Dutch language active phase: * painful erections, * with onset for \< 6 months * palpable nodule * men \>18 years of age chronic phase: * Stable curvature of at least 6 months * No painful erections for at least 6 months * Palpable nodule Exclusion Criteria: * \- Known other malignant disease * For acute phase: Previous treatment for PD * for chronic phase: Previous surgical treatment or treatment by injections for PD
